WebNov 11, 2011 · Low & behold all I get are light primer strikes, tried several. I did notice the side-plate screws indicate someone at least tried to get inside. I also notice the trigger pull is noticeably lighter than my pristine 308 BLR. Here I am in S WI & don't like inoperable guns around. I see Midwestgunworks in MO specializes in Browning. If it’s happening with multiple ammunition manufacturers which it is it means there is something wrong with your striker. You could buy a new one and replace it yourself or send it back to browning.
