The fog feels thick. However, after a short time the looping rain became very obvious and a while after that so monotonous as to have me use fw to clear the weather. It stayed clear for a short time period, then rain started up again.

Unfortunately there's no real easy way to determine load order with consoles as you lack the tools pc players have access to.
