I'm using the 4gb patch, NVAC, NVSE, JIP, Tick Fix, sorted with LOOT, the works. I've attempted CoC Goodsprings and it didn't work, same crash. Here's my crash log and mod load order. Backup any saves you dont want destroyed first. Then reinstall the game, let it install the initial stuff (directx and run-tiems), and let the launcher redetect video stuff.
