WebJun 14, 2024 · I have a H&R 12 and the Savage 220. I wouldn't pay $400 for a used H&R. I paid like $300-350 brand new for mine about 17+ years ago, and last year bought the Savage 220. Both shoot great but I would buy another Savage or the 450 bushmaster before I spend $400 on the H&R. I'd guess you can sell the H&R for around $275-300.

The best round I've tried so far is the Lightfield Hybrid Elite series slugs.
