I would like to hear from the guys that have made the switch from EFI to Carb on the 2002. A couple of quick questions. WebJul 14, 2012 · The EFI system on Harleys (and most other 2, 3 and 4-wheel "toys") have nothing to do with performance, IMO. They have everything to do with environmental concerns. Why do you think Harley is bringing out bigger and bigger engines? To make up for the poor performance that government-mandated tuning causes.
