WebJason here. If your medium pressure is good but your high pressure is bad it's going to be one of a couple of problems. Either the "mystery filters" inside of the HPDI pump are clogged. The high pressure regulator inside of the pump is bad. Or the HPDI pump itself is bad. Yamaha does not endorse nor give instructions for opening up that HPDI pump. But it can also be a problem with the high pressure pump or high pressure fuel pump regulator.
