Webit appears that jenkins takes whatever is after the #! and adds that to the command line that gets executed in a windows cmd. so, on a windows machine you can do this: #!c:\cygwin\bin\bash or put any path and executable after the #! to be used. i use this quite a bit to get rid of the -xe parameter passed to bash. Also, it will only work if you're in the $HOME directory. I think what you really want is to add to your ~/.bashrc: alias venv="source $HOME/venv/bin/activate" then venv will do the trick. Share
